Learn and practice all the basic moves of belly dance for a full body workout that is invigorating, energizing and fun. We will build on all the basics to learn belly dance moves, combinations and choreography. We will also discover and explore our individual and unique belly dance expressions. Over time, we will learn use of belly dance props such as veils, finger cymbals, and sword or tray balancing. This class will be a chance to breathe, stretch, move, dance, sweat, express, smile, learn new skills, and meet new friends.
