About Service Requests
- Use this page to submit a service request to the Public Works Department or check the status of an existing request.
- Types of requests include park maintenance, street repairs, clogged drains, malfunctioning street lights, and downed trees.
- To submit a request, click the Create button below and send your request anonymously OR log in / set up an Account to submit a request and receive status updates.
- Use the search box to search for active service requests in your neighborhood.
- You can also use the app store on your smartphone to download and install the City of Sausalito Fix-It App, which includes all the features available here, along with the ability to take and submit photos and video directly from your mobile device.
