Tapping is a combination of Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. We will be tapping on acupressure points on our upper body, including head and face while naming what is on our mind, the thing that is happening or how we are feeling.
Laughter Tapping: Combining tapping on acupressure points while laughing. When we laugh, endorphins are released, creating a feeling of well-being and melting away stress and fear. Laughter is good for your heart, mood and circulatory system.
Each week we will also discuss using Western Feng Shui, clutter clearing, space clearing and creating sacred space in our homes.
