What We Do in City Administration

  • Act as the administrative head of Sausalito City Government, under the leadership of the City Manager.
  • Maintain the official records of the City of Sausalito.
  • Conduct Local Elections for the City.
  • Advise the City Council and City staff on legal matters from the office of the City Attorney.
  • Manage the City Budget.
  • Collect revenues and make payments on behalf of the City.
  • Maintain the City of Sausalito Fiscal Transparency Tool, which includes historical budget and financial information for the City.
  • Oversee Human Resources.
  • Conduct recruitment for job openings at the City.
  • Maintaining the City's information technology infrastructure.
