The City of Sausalito recognizes the following annual holidays, during which all City offices are closed except for the Sausalito Police Department and Southern Marin Fire District Station 1. Holidays that fall on a weekend or Friday will typically be observed on Thursday or Monday due to the City's four-day, 36-hour workweek for most employees.
