From March of 2016 through June of 2020, Andrew Hening served as the Director of Homeless Planning and Outreach for the City of San Rafael. Since July of 2020, he has been working with a variety of local agencies, including the Richardson's Bay Regional Agency, Opening Doors Marin, and the City and County of San Francisco to strategically address homelessness. In this virtual program hosted by the Sausalito Library, Andrew will provide a brief overview of homelessness in Marin and then stay on for an extended question and answer session.
