Join us on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. in the Edgewater Room for a talk with Emma Casey, a Sausalito-based artist, sailor and owner of Landfall Leatherworks. Emma started her upcycled sail bag company after spending seven years sailing around the world. After one year operating Landfall Leatherworks, Emma will share experiences from her sailing voyage and new journey starting a one-woman business in Sausalito. Emma will also show a couple of the leatherworking tools she relies on to make her unique, elegant and utilitarian bags. Bring your questions for Emma about starting a local business, sewing and sailing. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
