The City of Sausalito website features an online form for submitting a Public Works service request. By using the form, Sausalito residents can report maintenance issues on City property and in the City right of way, such as potholes, sewer overflows, asphalt damage, overgrown trees and vegetation, street light outages, and graffiti.

Once made, requests will be forwarded to the appropriate division for response. Please make sure to include your contact information so that we can get additional information if there are follow-up questions.
