Thanks to the efforts of City staff, Councilmembers, and local residents and businesses, the City of Sausalito has been awarded a $614,400 grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration to develop a vulnerability and feasibility study to guide future flood mitigation improvements in the vicinity of Gate 5 Road. The grant will be matched with $153,600 in local funds.
