Sausalito residents will have multiple opportunities in September to learn more about the qualifications and platforms of the
five candidates running for
City Council on Tuesday, November 5. Three seats are up for election.

Meet the Candidates
This forum at Ditas of Marin is sponsored by the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce and will provide each candidate with an opportunity to introduce themself, share information about their background, and answer pre-submitted questions from chamber members. Free registration is required if you plan to attend.

Council Candidates in Conversation
Sausalito Village is the host of this candidate forum, which will take place at First Presbyterian Church and feature one-on-one interviews with each of the candidates conducted by Pastor Paul Mowry. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

Candidates Forum
The Sausalito Woman's Club and the League of Women Voters of Marin will present this event at the Spinnaker Restaurant on the downtown waterfront. Each candidate will provide an answer to the same query before the moderator moves on to the next question. No RSVP is necessary.
The
Marin County Registrar of Voters will begin sending out vote-by-mail ballots on October 7.
Voter registration ends on October 21, though unregistered voters will be able to vote conditionally at a polling place. Eleven vote centers around the county will open on October 26, and another four on November 2.
