Eelgrass Plan Would Reduce Size of Richardson Bay Anchorage
The Richardson's Bay Regional Agency (RBRA) is seeking comments on a Draft Eelgrass Protection and Management Plan that would reduce the size of its anchorage by approximately two-thirds and require the relocation of most of the boats that are anchored out in the bay.

City Files Motion to Move Tent Encampment to Marinship Park
On Friday, April 9, the City of Sausalito asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California to modify or dissolve its March 1 preliminary injunction to permit the relocation of the Dunphy Park tent encampment to Marinship Park, based on new facts and circumstances.

Statement from Mayor Jill Hoffman re: Incident at Dunphy Park
This morning the City of Sausalito became aware of a houseboat vessel anchored in protected waters at Dunphy Park. It was learned that the vessel had been illegally taken from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where it had been secured on Wednesday by the Richardson’s Bay Regional Agency (RBRA).
