How to Report a Code Enforcement Violation
- Individuals who wish the Code Enforcement staff to investigate a possible violation of the Municipal Code must file a formal complaint and submit it to the Community Development Department.
- While the nature of a code enforcement complaint is subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act, the personal contact information of the complainant is confidential.
- However, in the event a court action is filed concerning the complaint, all information, including the complainant, may become part of the public record.

- Online by submitting a completed Code Enforcement Complaint Form.
