• The Community Development Director reviews and acts upon certain minor use permits as the Zoning Administrator
• Hearings of the Zoning Administrator are held on an as-needed basis and typically take place in the City Hall Council Chambers at 420 Litho Street
• A Document Archive of Zoning Administrator packets dating back to 2009 is available
• Announcements of upcoming Zoning Administrator hearings may be found on the Public Notices page, along with an archive of public notices going back to 2008
• To file an appeal of a decision made by the Zoning Administrator, fill out and submit an Appeal of Administrative Decision or Zoning Administrator Decision form
