About Informal Discovery Requests

The Sausalito Police Department will attempt to comply with any traffic violation informal discovery requests within a reasonable time frame. To expedite the process we ask that you use the following form when submitting an informal discovery request for a traffic violation issued by the Sausalito Police Department:
