About the MLK Campus

• The Martin Luther King, Jr. Campus is a City owned property comprised of approximately 17 acres of public land located at the north end of Sausalito, just off Bridgeway between 100 Ebbtide Avenue and 610 Coloma Street (see map below)
  
• The site contains approximately 10 acres of open playing fields, basketball and tennis courts, and about 7.4 acres are devoted to six buildings leased by two schools, artists and cottage industries
  
• Other buildings on the MLK campus include a gymnasium, field house, and a decommissioned boiler room
• The use restrictions that affect MLK were adopted by Ordinance No. 1128
