Participate in the Chili Cook-off at Dunphy Park
Everyone is invited to form a team and participate as a chef. There is no cost to enter the cook-off, but teams will need to make at least 15 gallons of chili, and cooking must be done on-site. Chefs compete in three contest categories: Judges' Choice, People's Choice, and Best Booth.

Fire at 660 Bridgeway
At approximately 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, July 29, the Southern Marin Fire District responded to a structure fire at 660 Bridgeway, which has Barrel House Tavern as an upper-level tenant. The small fire was located on the exterior rear of the building and kept in check by a sprinkler system.
