    At its meeting on June 8, the City Council will discuss the possible acquisition of the Machine Shop in Sausalito's Marinship district. The two-story, 37,800 square-foot building was constructed during World War II to make parts for tankers and Liberty ships.

    The City of Sausalito has been notified by a resident that she plans to circulate a petition for the purpose of putting before the voters a proposed amendment to the City's municipal code to allow for the permitting of one cannabis storefront retailer and one cannabis delivery-only business.
